Wallcovering previously was also known as wallpaper. One of the most famous types of wallcovering is non-woven or fabric backing as it complies with the hotel standard of fire retarded. It is much safer than the paper backing wallpaper. Non-woven wallcovering is made by pressing together high quality cellulose, polyester and textile fibers whereby they will interlace and form an exceptionally stable. With the new stability and material, the non-woven wallcovering does not absorb water thus will not expand when in contact with water base adhesive. In other words, non- woven backing wallcoverings are dimensionally stable.
