This mega project covers 30-hectare development consist of two identical 12 storey building with 384 rooms and other guest amenities. Which includes restaurant, bar, lounge, and a theatre. In addition, the resort also offers 196 bungalows and two storey villas along the beach front. With a 18-hole mini golf course and a waterpark to occupy guest all day long.

Starting from the design process with the designer, to the production of the product required and until the delivery to site. Mas production of Axminster Rug with our signature borderless finishing allowing faster production time due to the massive number of rugs required. The borderless allowing design to not be just control by traditional border which tend to make the room feel smaller. Also, with thicker cloth backing also act as anti-slip in the meantime, providing fluffier and thicker touch.
