Our Machine made Tufted carpets are available in cut piles, cut and loop, multi-level loop whereas the yarn available in 80% wool 20% nylon, 100% nylon, 50% wool 50% polyester, 90% polyester 10% wool and 100% polypropylene yarn blends to suits all tastes and all kind of budget.
The tufting process was developed as a cheaper alternative to traditionally woven carpet. A number of needles arrange across the width of the machine stitch yarns into a primary backing cloth, which is fed through the machine. Once he pile has been created, it is held in place by a secondary backing produced using latex which adds weight and handle to the product. Both cut and loop can be produced in the same carpet.
